Time and place: Teddington, UK, September 8-10, 1999

Attendants:

List of attendants is enclosed in Annex 1

  1. General
  2. The Thematic Network for Ultraviolet Measurements arranged its third workshop in Teddington, UK, on September 8-10, 1999. On the first day, excursions to various laboratories of NPL were arranged. The last two days were dedicated for working group meetings and scientific presentations. The number of participants of the workshop was 51.

  3. Presentations
  4. 6 oral presentations were given in the workshop. The topics were selected by the steering group from a list of topics of interest that had been collected based on the feedback of earlier Workshops. In addition, 11 posters were presented. The titles and authors of the presentations are listed in Annex 2.

  5. Working group meetings
  6. The four working groups had their meetings on September 9. Later the same day, the leaders of the working groups presented the progress of their groups. Annual reports of the working groups may be found in the Annual Report of the Network.
